HAMPTON, GA—The Lynchburg College women's cross country team ran at the South/Southeast Regional hosted by Emory University on Saturday.  LC finished 8th after earning 257 points in the 26 field featuring the top teams in the region.

Kiley Trennepohl was the top finisher for the Hornets.  She crossed the line in 23:19.37 to earn 12th place.  It is her second-straight All-Region honor.

Leidy J. Arias Bernal and Ashley Saba were the next two Lynchburg runners to stop the clock.  Bernal finished 43rd in her first Regional Championship, with a time of 24:22.06.  Saba came in 49th place, running the 6K race in 24:34.81.

Suki Hoffman and Jacqueline Graham were the final placers for the Hornets.  Hoffman crossed the finish line at 24:59.41 to finish 61st.  Graham took 93rd in 25:52.10.
