ELON, NC – The Lynchburg College women's cross country team placed fifth at the Elon Invitational 5k on Saturday. The Hornets competed against five Division I teams and two Division II teams.

Sophomore Krystal Foster finished 35^th with a time of 20:12 while sophomore Naomi Tice finished 44^th in 20:32. Junior Kiley Trennepohl finished in 49^th in 20:46 and right behind her in 50^th was freshman Elizabeth Camilletti with a time of 20:49. Freshman Jackie Graham took 52^nd place with a time of 21:01 while junior Ashley Saba placed 58^th in 21:37.

The Hornets will head to Roanoke, VA on Saturday, September 24 for the Maroon Invitational at 10:30 am.
