Randolph-Macon Defeats LC in Three
ASHLAND, VA – The Randolph-Macon College volleyball team defeated Lynchburg College 25-13, 25-10, 25-16 Wednesday evening in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) competition.
Rebecca Loftis led LC with five kills, while Aricquel Payne had four. Rachel Turk had 11 assists and Molly Deacon added seven digs.
Mallory Carter had a game-high 10 kills for the Yellow Jackets (19-4/9-1 ODAC) and Bailey Troia contributed 30 assists.
The Hornets (14-8/6-3 ODAC) host a tri-match Saturday, facing Messiah (11 a.m.) and Virginia Wesleyan College (4 p.m.) on Homecoming weekend.
