Hornet Women's Tennis Competes in the 2011 Fall ODAC Tournament

ASHLAND, VA – The Lynchburg College women's tennis team competed in the 2011 Fall Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, hosted by Randolph-Macon College.

Sophomores Casey Moore and Kelsey Bergen teamed up to win 9-7 in the first round of #1 doubles. Moore also competed in the #3 singles consolation, winning 6-0, 6-0 in the first round and 8-4 in the second. Freshman Melissa Drinkard notched a 9-7 win in the first round of the #2 singles consolation, while sophomore Betsy Stipa won 8-0 in the first round of the #4 singles consolation.

The LC women (0-1) concluded their fall season with this event.
