IWCLA Honors two LC lacrosse players on 2010 Academic Honor Roll

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. - The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association honored two Lynchburg College lacrosse players on their annual 2010 Academic Honor Roll list.

Kelsey Johnson (Bel Air, MD/C. Milton Wright) and Morgan Logue (Barrington, IL/Barrington) were both honored on the list for the Hornets.  Last season the Hornets women's lacrosse team posted a 14-4 record overall and a 6-2 record in ODAC play.  The 14 wins marks the second highest win total in team history and the six ODAC wins is the third most in team history. 

They are two out of 184 student-athletes honored by the IWCLA with the Scholar-Athlete of the Year award going to Nicole Ditillo from Gettysburg.
