The Lynchburg College athletic department each week showcases a question and answer feature with our Hornet of the Week. The nineteenth student-athlete in this series is freshman softball player Amber Ingram. The Floyd, VA native had a 1.000 slugging percentage last week to help LC to a 3-1 start on the season. She ripped a triple and a home run Saturday in the second game against Averett with three RBI and also had two hits and a double in the first game. Ingram also threw a complete game in the circle on Saturday, scattering seven hits and two walks with three strikeouts for the win.
