Lynchburg MXC Finishes Fifth at Dickinson Long-Short Invitational

NEWVILLE, PA – The Lynchburg College men's cross country team placed fifth Saturday in the 26-team Dickinson College Long-Short Invitational, hosted at Big Spring High School.

Allegheny University (PA) won the team title and Bobby OIiver was the top finisher in 26:01.  Senior Lawrence Minor led the Hornet contingent with a 15th-place finish in 26:57. Evan Parry was 39th in 27:37, Daniel Ferrell took 55th in 28:01 and Nolan Compton finished 57th in 28:04. Brian Robinson ran a time of 28:39 to place 85th.

LC is scheduled to compete Saturday, October 13th at the Christopher Newport University Invitational.
