Hornet Men's Cross Country Competes at Virginia Tech
BLACKSBURG, VA - The Lynchburg College men's cross country team competed Friday evening at the Virginia Tech Alumni Meet.
Will Mulherin (unattached) led the pack with a 23:37 time on the 7.6K course. Freshman Cody Stanton (pictured - Memphis, NY/Jordan Elbridge) paced the Hornet harriers with a 25th-place finish in 25:39 and Brian Robinson (Sterling, VA/Potomac Falls) was 35th in 26:42. James Young (Mechanicsville, MD/Chopticon) took 41st in 26:55, David Brown (Midlothian, VA/James River) placed 43rd in 27:10 and William Orndorff (Rockville, MD/Rockville) was 44th in 27:11.
Lynchburg is off until October 1, when LC is slated to run at the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, PA.
