2013-2014 (Indoor): The Hornets couldn’t have asked for a better indoor season from Tom, coming off an injury which kept him out of last years outdoor season... Tom came back with a vengeance in his sophomore season winning the National Championship in the 400m indoors where he ran a time of 47.86... Also took the top spot in the conference championships in the event, he placed second in the conference in the 200m where he ran a time of 22.25.

 

2012-2013 (Indoor): Stormed on the scene in his first season…named ODAC Rookie of the Year…won the 200 and 400 meter races at ODACs…helped the 4x400 meter relay team win the ODAC title…set PRs in the 200 (22.14) and 400 (48.65) at the VT Final Qualifier…named ODAC Athlete of the Week after setting impressive times at Lafayette/Rider Winter Games-Invitational…almost made national meet. (Outdoor): Missed time due to injury, but still managed to be in top 50 nationally in the 400 meter discipline…top time in 400 (49.17) came at Dr. Jack M. Toms Open…three some events and will be looking to do some multi events in the future.

Before LC: Four-year member of the Toms River High School South track and field team…helped the Indians win the Group 4 New Jersey State championship in 2010…third team all-county in the 400 and pole vault…runner-up in the state sectional championship in the 400.
