2012 (Outdoor): Finished third in the triple jump at the ODAC Championship with a distance of 43’7.25”…Won the triple jump competition at the Commonwealth Duals…Finished third in the high jump at the ODAC Championship with a height of 6’2”…Finished first in the ODAC Championship as a member of the 4x100 meter relay team with a time of 42.90 seconds…Finished sixth in the 400m at the ODAC Championship…His best time came in the preliminaries with a time of 51.34 seconds…Ran his best 200m dash at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Open with a time of 23.30 seconds…Jumped his career best long jump at the ODAC Championship with a distance of 20’6.25”.
Before LC: Attended George Wythe High School... received four letters in track and field and three letters in football... all-district honors all four years and all-region his junior and senior years... member of the National Honor Society and the Academic Honor Roll.
