Hornet Golf Finishes at Guilford
GREENSBORO, NC – The Lynchburg College golf team finished 14th after Tuesday's final round at the O'Briant-Jensen Memorial, held at the Cardinal Golf & Country Club and hosted by Guilford College.
Lynchburg finished the invitational with a team score of 666, while Methodist University won the team title with a score of 578. Senior Matthew Lipscomb fired a team-best 82 Tuesday and finished with a two-day score of 162. Freshman Colby Francis shot an 83 and ended with LC's best two-day score of 160. Scott Stevens carded an 84 Tuesday, while Ned Jensen and Chad Wisecarver recorded scores of 85 and 87, respectively.
This concludes the Hornets fall season.
