LC Golf Finishes Day One at H-SC

FARMVILLE, VA  - The Lynchburg College golf team sits in sixth-place after one day of play at the Hampden-Sydney College Invitational, played at the Manor.

Senior Daniel Haugh (Earlysville, VA/Albemarle) paced LC with a two-over par 74, tying him for fourth place. Matt Lipscomb (Alexandria, VA/Hayfield) fired a 78, Conrad Anguera (Lynchburg, VA/Carlucci American Institute) carded an 80 while Santiago Anguera (Lynchburg, VA/Carlucci American Institute) finished the day with an 86. Joey Brunet had an 87.

 The Hornets are set to tee off Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. on the final day of play.
