LC Golf Releases Fall Schedule
The Lynchburg College golf team will begin the fall season at the Tom Kinder Memorial Tournament on September 18-19 in Harrisonburg, VA as the 2011 fall schedule has been announced.

LC Golf Ties for Sixth at ODAC Championships
CAPE CHARLES, VA – The Lynchburg College golf team shot a 312 to tie for sixth place on the third and final day of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Golf Championships at the Bay Creek Resort & Lodge in Cape Charles, VA on Sunday. Junior Conrad Anguera (Lynchburg, VA/Carlucci Amer. Int.) shot a 73 on Tuesday to finish with a three-day total of 222 and end fourth overall individually.

Conrad Anguera Takes Individual Title at Shipbuilder Tourney
Williamsburg, VA – Junior Conrad Anguera (Lynchburg, VA/Carlucci Amer. Int.) won the individual title for the second-straight year at the two-day Glenn Heath Memorial Shipbuilders Golf Tournament at Fords Colony, hosted by Newport News Apprentice. He shot a 75 in adverse conditions Tuesday after firing a team-best 74 Monday.

Lynchburg Golf Wins Team Title at Hornet Invitational
FOREST, VA – The Lynchburg College golf team captured the 2011 Hornet Invitational team title, finishing a full 10 strokes ahead of nearest competitor hosted on London Downs Golf Course. The Apprentice School’s Ben Hunter won the individual title, overcoming Lynchburg’s Dusty Scott (Ivor, VA/Tidewater Academy) in the second playoff hole. Each player fired 158 for the two-day tournament, with Stevenson University’s Kyle Cerard one stroke behind.
