Junior (2014): Tomasulo had a breakout junior year for the Hornets…started the season as the backup catcher, but took charge of the position midway through the season…batted over .400 the majority of the season, finishing with the team high in the category…walked 20 times to put his on-base percentage at .494…homered in back-to-back games, at Roanoke on April 13 and against Guilford on April 17…home run on April 17 came on the heels of a round tripper by Joe Rogers…hit successfully in 22 of the Hornets’ final 26 games…had a 12 game hitting streak from March 10 to April 5…named to the National Team of the Week by d3baseball.com…one of the more athletic catchers in the ODAC, Tomasulo stole eight bases on the year…threw out 12 potential base stealers on the year, good for a 32.4% caught stealing clip.

Sophomore (2013): Tomasulo opened the season as the Hornets’ everyday catcher…played in 21 games with starts in 15…collected his first career extra base hit on a double at Washington and Lee University on March 2…threw out two potential base-stealers in 2013.

Freshman (2012): Played in five games in 2012 with one start…had five at-bats with one hit.

Before LC: Attended Somers High School and was a three-year starter…All-League player his junior and senior year…First-Team All-County his junior and senior season as well…also played football for the Tuskers.

Personal: Son of Joe and Julia Tomasulo...Has two brothers and one sister...Brother, Joe, is also on the LC baseball team.
