Q and A with Hornet of the Week Nathan Norman

The Lynchburg College athletic department each week showcases a question and answer feature with our Hornet of the Week. The 23rd student-athlete selected this year is men's baseball Honorary Hornet, Nathan Norman

Norman was adopted by the baseball team this past year and has been involved in a lot of team activities since. Recently he participated in the St. Baldricks event at LC. Nathan, as well as his dad and brother, had their heads shaved, joining many of the Hornet community who did the same. A record total, exceeding $10,800 was raised for pediatric cancer research.

What has been your favorite part about getting to hang out with the Lynchburg College baseball team?

I really enjoyed getting to go to the Halloween party with them.

What did you think of seeing everyone go up and have their head shaved Friday?

It was funny and cool at the same time.

What is your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subject in school is math.

What are some things that you like to do for fun?

I like to tackle everyone and wrestle, play basketball, baseball, and football, as well as play Avengers and pretend to be the Hulk.
