Dear Alumni and Friends,
Since the fall of 2008, the John P. Seamster ’92 Memorial Golf Tournament has been held as a special occasion to remember and celebrate John’s life, as well as raise support for the Lynchburg College baseball program – a sport he dearly loved and played while a student at L.C. Because of the past turnout and success of the event, we will host The 4th Annual John P. Seamster ’92 Memorial Golf Tournament at the London Downs Golf Course in Forest, Virginia, on Friday, October 21, 2011.
The enclosed flyer provides details about this year’s golf tournament. We invite your participation, and we hope you will encourage others to participate in this meaningful event by entering a team, being a tournament sponsor, or by providing a prize. Lunch will be provided by The L.C. Hornet Club, and you won’t want to miss the chance to win a variety of prizes.
