Photo/Video Policy

Parties interested in photographing or shooting video of any LC athletic team will be required to wear a media pass on the sideline. Please visit the press box before the start of the contest, located on the track. Pictures may not be sold, and it is encouraged that the images be shared with the College’s sports information office: Mike Carpenter, carpenter@lynchburg.edu. Persons with media passes are expected to show sportsmanship, no cheering, talking to officials or negative comments are allowed as you are considered working media. Failure to comply will result in sideline privileges being revoked. Thank you!

Interview Policy:

All interviews should be coordinated through the sports information office. Players and coaches are available to media throughout the week, but please allow 24 hours notice. Postgame interviews are coordinated following the event and can be conducted on the fields/court or outside the locker rooms following a cool down period.

Media Credentials:

Please contact the sports information office in advance if you are planning to attend a game and would like a seat in the press areas at any of our facilities.

Television/Radio Policy:

If you wish to provide television, radio or webcast coverage of an athletic event at Lynchburg, please contact the sports information staff at least 24 hours prior to the event. Phone lines and internet connections are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at most of our athletic facilities.
